Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team will process and prepare it for shipment. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipment Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Deadline: Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) – Free of charge.
  • Express Delivery: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) – $3.80.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, and you can monitor the progress of your shipment on our “Track Your Order” page.

Damaged Items

Hunbay is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
