Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase from your original order.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged on Arrival?

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support team at [email protected].

Once the issue is verified and the case confirmed, you will have two options:

  1. We can send you a new product.
  2. Alternatively, we will issue a 100% refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected], and our customer service team will assist you with the process.

Wrong Product?

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will issue a 100% refund.
